one-to-one pre-interview with hiring manager (supervisor), followed by panel interview. It took over 3 months. Everything was from ToR and about my backround . It is laso very important to answer behavioural questions very accurately, when they ask about your team contributions or your own input, you have to say "I did" not "we did"
