Called for an interview after two weeks of application submission. Was held on a conference video call-interviewed by 3 ADB staffs-1 Country Manager, 2 HR at the Headquarter. It seemed to me that they have already chosen the candidate for a hire, but were interviewing others anyways, which was not really respectful.

The Interview Process is lean but it still depends on the role you are applying for. As for me, I was interviewed by the Hiring Manager, HR Officer and another Officer from the department that will most likely be your stakeholder.

Took more than three months starting from job application. In-face panel interview, consisted of 4 panelists. Interview was around 30 to 45 minutes. Friendly yet professional atmosphere during interview.
