I applied via LinkedIn and was contacted 1 week later. The interview is a 4 step process. Phone interview with recruiter, phone interview with head of US medical division, writing test, & zoom interview with team. Very comfortable atmosphere-- great people.

* Tell me about yourself/background. * Why do you want to be a medical writer? * How do you feel working remotely?
There was a writing test, then one phone interview, followed by two virtual interviews with multiple team members. They asked typical interview questions. Everyone was nice and seems like a great place to work.
The interview process was easy. I had chance to talk to several team members, and this helped me to understand the culture and the overall environment. I think that the management team now changed and I am not sure about the current processes
