After submitting my initial application I received a quick response and asked to perform an online interview. After this was successful I was asked to attend an assessment centre in Leicester, England.

Entrevista
It was an assessment centre including a role play, a presentation, a group activity and a interview. It ran from 9-4 with a lunch break. We were taken three at a time to each and were able to chat to the other candidates.

Full day interview process consisting of 4 elements;
Group debate/discussion whereby you were required to order hobbies allocated at the start of the session
STAR style competency based interview

Presentation 'what I would bring to the role'
Overall a very friendly day. The recruitment staff aren't aggressive interviewers - just happy having a chat and asking basic interview questions. As far as I know they interview around 20 people at a time on their graduate recruitment days so you're not alone and have plenty of others for support.
