Completely non professional company they are. They called me three times in their office for different rounds. I ask them that keep visits minimal in start but they just ignored it. You will be interviewed for long hours & HR will ask you to leave without any update. After second round they will say we like you but we need a test lead . Not able to understand why then you are wasting time of the person. After many days you will receive again call for pay discussion suddenly. A bunch of documents you have to submit They will call you to meet with their Chairman & after that they will behave surprised we cannot give this much salary. You are already having much than our budget. I asked HR that day one pay expectation was clear ,you will be asked to leave & they will say you will receive call within a day about final quote. Which actually you will never get it. HR will not respond to your mails also. At the end if I knew this is such non professional company I would have never wasted my time with them. I don't think they value time of others. One more worst thing is I have seen their employees were having lunch at reception., Seems like they don't even have cafeteria for their employees to have lunch.
