So the interview process was quite straightforward with no complex intermediary steps. First round apparently a phone screening from the HR which was essentially to assess the qualification of candidate for the job profile. Post screening call, second round was a technical interview with hiring manager. It went on for close to an hour. However the duration and level may vary depending upon role. Questions in technical round varied from very basic to intermediate level. Primarily core technical concepts and scenario based, however, no programming questions per say. Post technical round, I was aked to wait for a final discussion with HR. The entire process was quite swift. I was released offer letter within 2 days on interview and willfully accepted the same!
