Entrevista
Thorough. Genuine. Nothing like any other company I have worked for. Co-founders extremely dedicated and personal, down to earth, fighting for their true cause and sharing their vision. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. THE real deal. I have never felt that this company was money hungry and that it is authentically providing high quality services. It was made clear right from the jump that the intention was to take care of me AND the families that are being provided services.

Thank you for your reflections on our interview process and your experience at Ascend. We always say that we want our interview process to be just that - Thorough and Genuine - because as much as we are interviewing candidates to be a great fit in our culture, they (you) are interviewing US for a great fit in LIFE, and nothing is more important!

Super friendly, humble, and genuine people. I am an experienced RBT, so most questions were specific to ABA, some role playing, and situational questions. I've never received so
much positive feedback in an interview before. The first interview was a phone screen with questions about my background, second interview was a virtual video call with more in depth questions about ABA.

I was interviewed twice. First by someone in company management and then by a BCBA who would be my supervisor. Both of them were so friendly which was especially nice because the interviews were via skype.
