Well organised Interview process, three stages. Recruiter was in contact with me continuously. All Interviewers were very professional and with friendly attitude. From stage to stage, I was given enough time for preparation, although overall hiring process took only 3 weeks. During 3rd stage, I had the opportunity to meet with Team co-worker which brought me deeper understanding of role and work pattern from Billing Analyst view. Hiring Manager was clear about his expectations and discussed my work experience in details. I also had the opportunity of meeting Head of Sales and Finance - great experience, as interview questions were from "outside the box". I also had opportunity to know about Company from different angle. I'm very impressed by Companies culture - all 5 Interviewers were really friendly and clear in regards of their expectations. In the end of the process, I was offered Interview Feedback, which I find very helpful and beneficial for future job hunts. All Interviewers had great level of Company's culture, very friendly and professional in every aspect. In the end, I have not received the offer, but I will have a great memory about recruitment process with Asana.
