Interview Experience: Disorganized and Disappointing
I was initially contacted by the Talent Management team regarding a Revenue Operations role and was genuinely excited about the opportunity. Communication started positively, but the overall experience quickly became frustrating.
After being reached out to, there was a delay of over 5 days before any real interview coordination happened, despite me providing very broad availability. Eventually, an interview was scheduled, only for the process to stop before even reaching a first round conversation.
The timing felt unclear, especially since the role appeared to remain posted while scheduling delays occurred. From a candidate perspective, it gave the impression that internal decisions may have already been made while candidates were still being engaged in the process.
Overall, the experience felt disorganized and lacked transparency. Clearer communication and alignment around hiring timelines would greatly improve the candidate experience.
