For the interview, I had an assessment center for 2h because it was for the re opening of a store.
I had group interview where we had to look out to the issues at a store, make a list individually and then make a list as a group. I had then an individual interview with the manager of the store
Very informal and more of a casual chat, which made me feel a lot more relaxed. This was followed by a trial shift on the shopfloor and involved putting away stock and approaching customers.

Interview process was like any other...went in super nervous but it was fine. Just prepare for it as you would any other interview. Know your own values (in regards to this company and what it’s about) and how you would expect to be treated in the customer service trade.
