It was an online assessment centre divided into an interview and case study. The case study was given during the session and I had 30 mins to prepare. The interview then assessed my answer to the case study as well as some competency based questions.
It was really smooth and they were really personable. They also were really on top of the hiring process, I only waited a week or two to hear back in between stages starting from the first video recorded interview.
Two interviews with people on the team. not super hard. all behavior and no technical questions. Not a lot of time between interviews which was nice - didn't have to wait for that long.
completed virtual interview asked me to tell them about myself/experience, why I want to work at Arup, my graduation date, if I am eligible to work, if I will be available for the posted date.
