Multiple stages, meeting team leader, line manager, directors. Mixed questions on both experience and capabilities. This was supplemented with calls from the internal recruitment team in between stages, which was useful.

What would you propose as a strategy for Arup to win more work in this particular discipline
Initial telephone call and then online 1 hour interview. Fair questions linked to Arups vales and behaviours, technical case study presented for 20 mins plus fairly basic questions to test understanding, client based. Never got a response on how the interview had gone, disappointing.

Entrevista
Made sense, respectful, personal, pleasant and useful to get to know each other both ways. Also quite focused in culture fit with company. 3 interview and written piece (preparation of a strategy). Longer than expected to get the feedback/offer
