Assessment Centre took half a day - I thought I did well and was told I’d hear back 1-2 weeks. I was ghosted and didn’t even get a response when I reached out to the hiring team or the person who interviewed me. I even took annual leave for this just for them to not even be bothered to send an update - so unprofessional.
