The interview process was straightforward and seamless from start to ending. The recruitment team is excellent to work with over at Arup. I would recommend this firm to any intern.
It was really smooth and they were really personable. They also were really on top of the hiring process, I only waited a week or two to hear back in between stages starting from the first video recorded interview.
Two interviews with people on the team. not super hard. all behavior and no technical questions. Not a lot of time between interviews which was nice - didn't have to wait for that long.
