I was contacted via email by an HR consultant to arrange for a few-minute discussion about the above role. First time she asked what time and date would be suitable to which I responded the same day and asked for confirmation. She didn't reply to the email, nor did she call that day and wasted 4 hours of my day. She then replied two days after the arranged date to apologise and asked for a second date and time. Guess what happened this time, yes, again no call or answer to the email three weeks passed. This attitude is so rude, irresponsible and infuriating. This has become common practice among HR staff nowadays and my message to them is that you could easily be on the other side of the line having a taste of your own attitude. This much disregard of people's mentality, value of time and effort is unacceptable.

Interview never happened thanks to the HR consultant ghosting me!
Had an interview with HR and then an automated email that they are not moving forward with my application. Tried to message on multiple occasions to HR to find out the reason why but was ghosted.
The interview process was great overall. The interviewers were friendly and accommodating, and the expectations of the role were explained clearly. The technical discussions were insightful and gave me a good understanding of what the team does and the type of work involved.

They asked whether I’m more interested in progressing through a technical track or moving into a management-focused path.

The interview process was reasonably simple starated with Online tests, and then an Online questions that you record answers to for 2 minutes and explain why you would be a good fit, previous times you have shown x skill etc
