I applied online for graduate structural engineer position in Montreal. After three weeks, I had a phone interview with an HR. It takes 30 mins. He asks general HR questions. We also went through my resume.

Online video interview. Asked to record 1:30 minute responses to 3 questions. Given time to plan answers and re-record if necessary. Questions were very general about why the job offer appeals to you
Applied online in October and then got invited to a virtual assessment centre that happened in December. The online application was pretty straightforward. The virtual assessment centre was a whole day type of thing, it consisted of a technical interview with two panelists, a competency based interview, and then a case study.
