Online application with motivational questions. After this I was invited to a phone interview. The interviewer was very nice and helped me expand my answers. The interview had two parts: one asking about why Arup, how do I relate to their values, what is my favourite value and what I expect to gain from the role; the other part was similar to a situational judgement test, asking things such as what would you do if you're given extra work the day before a deadline and would you chose to participate on a interesting project being kind of busy. I personally found these a bit difficult to answer over the phone being used to them in tests, so I would recommend to specially prepare for these. The interview lasted around 40min.
