Entrevista
I was shortlisted based on my resume which I submitted through their online application portal (NOTE: Application deadlines are in the fall!) I had a telephonic interview with 2 of their experienced structural engineers. It was 15 mins long and they and they asked 4 standard questions which were apparently asked to all the candidates shortlisted.
Their SF office (Structural HQ) takes only 1-2 interns but it's a great firm to work for with some fantastic projects!
Includes a 45-minute written examination on structured professional knowledge, 10-minute English writing and 15-minute group discussion.This was followed by a guided tour of the entire company.The overall interview experience was still good

Preliminary Phone Screening
10-15 minute conversation regarding interest in working for Arup and how your background makes you a good fit. The phone screening also gives you time to ask questions.

I made a presentation of a recent project, and aswered a few questions about my background. I was also quizzed for a few structural problems. It was challenging but the proctors were kind and the process was smooth.
