Entrevista
Applied online. Got an invitation for a phone interview and did the interview within 2 weeks. I was told I progressed to the next stage which was the review of my application with hiring managers. Over a month later, I was invited to attend the assessment center. The assessment day started with a short brief on the activities for the day. Next a group task followed by a tour/discussions with an employee. There was a written test followed by the 1 on 1 interview. The assessment ending with the HR staff who discussed salaries and benefits.
Still waiting hopefully for an offer.
Phone interview (30 -40mins): Questions about content of my cv then situational questions
Assessment center: some technical questions and fairly easy calculations. I was given a chance to explain my answers during the 1 on 1 interview.

1. Online application form first, some information about you and answer some questions, something like why would you want to apply for this role..
2. then followed with a online test.
3. Virtual assessment centre including technical exercise, interview and case study in the end(single task, not a group case study)

cant remember clearly, one of them was something like "how much do you know about Electrical Engineering in building services?"
It was composed of 3 stages (back in 2017):
1) apply online (answer questions, expand on some of them)
2) telephone interview (about 30-45minutes)
3) live interview (several interviews, all in all about 4 hours long)
