I met up with two engineers in their office. They were layed back and made me in turn feel relaxed. They insisted on the importance of team work in addition to giving information about how they hired previous engineers

Are you a team player, and give example from previous experiences?
It was really smooth and they were really personable. They also were really on top of the hiring process, I only waited a week or two to hear back in between stages starting from the first video recorded interview.
Two interviews with people on the team. not super hard. all behavior and no technical questions. Not a lot of time between interviews which was nice - didn't have to wait for that long.
completed virtual interview asked me to tell them about myself/experience, why I want to work at Arup, my graduation date, if I am eligible to work, if I will be available for the posted date.
