It was a very straightforward interview process with an introductory phone call and then in-person interview. I met with other members of the Education team as well as an HR representative. The usual, basic interview questions were asked (your biggest strength, weakness, prior experience, etc.) The women who interviewed me were engaging and put me at ease during the entire process. However, the position wasn't the right fit for me at the time and I declined the job offer.
