Interview was very simple. I applied online and was called in. After a quick look at my resume, they asked me if I was capable of performing the required tasks. I was accepted.

Entrevista
The process consisted of applying and then completing an online assessment. Then a manager for the location I applied for called me in for an interview. The interview process usually consists of three interviews. The first interview is where the manager will candidly speak about Arrow and what the company has to offer and then will go over your experience and ask a few questions. The main focus is a candid conversation with no intimidation so the applicant and manager can discuss the good and bad of the job. Overall, the first interview was very good and made me feel at ease with the job I was applying for. The second interview is where they dive into deeper questions that are designed to show your personality and professionalism. The second interview is where they decide if they like you or not and it’s also where you decide if you want to continue the application process or not. This is also where they ask you to sign the background investigation release and drug screening information. If that comes back well then they will offer you the job in the third interview.
Just because you make it to interview two does not mean you’ll get a job offer. Things change in between interviews so be prepared for that. They know if they like you on the first interview. They will require three work references from prior managers and a Motor Vehicle Report for the past three years by the second interview.
I was very impressed by the professionalism and culture that was shown at this company while I was in the application process. This is a great company. Coming from another pest control company I am very excited about what Arrow has to offer.
