Two phones interviews and two in person interviews with 10+ people totaling five hours over four days. All this for an entry level position. Overkill! You’d think I had applied for a VP position. Immediately “knew” they had already made decision at the beginning of the last interview by their disconnect. In the end I was very grateful I did not get the position as this indicated to me a department that micro-manages everything. In my 35 years of working I’ve never experienced this type of interview and hope never to again.
