Simple. I applied on Handshake, was contacted by a recruiter within 2 weeks of applying. Had an hour long phone call, then was offered to be flown out to their Chicago office for final interview. Process was very seamless, almost too seamless, but had an overall positive experience.

In addition to a regular interview process, they did an assessment on the computer that was fairly straight forward. Overall, they were friendly and communicative during the interview process and laid out everything clearly.

Easy, understanding, and honest recruiters. Asked about college and your skill set for the role as well getting to know you. Be confident and explain what you did in previous roles and bring resume if you’re going in person for it that’s what I did, you get to shadow someone on floor
