Reached out to me on Linkedin, did a couple of phone interviews with basic getting to know you questions. Had a zoom interview and an interview in person. Team was overall very nice but were a bit misleading towards the end of the process.

3 virtual calls. Very standard, meeting new people each time and talking about why you want the role. Everyone was helpful and very nice, It is a standard high commission jobs.

I didn't trust the HR team . I felt the interview process could be a lot better the HR team needs a better process of screening people. I wouldn't suggest working for Arrive . the environment seems hostile
