Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en Arrive Logistics (Chicago, IL) en mar 2020
Entrevista
From March 2020: Interview process was quick - applied online, received an email from the recruiter a few days later, and scheduled an in person interview for a few weeks later (was in process of relocating). Recruiter kept me in the loop and met me on the day of the in person interview, showed me around the office, and explained the assessment process. There was a "critical thinking" and math assessment, nothing too difficult. Met with two members of Sales Management and went through a few questions in addition to any questions they had regarding my resume. The recruiter called me a few days after the interview with a job offer. She sent me an offer letter and overview of health benefits. Overall, great interview process and company (from what I saw), however, my offer was eventually rescinded due to the COVID-19 pandemic as they were not able to onboard virtually. Would love the chance to work with Arrive one day!

I was contacted via email to set up a phone interview with one of the recruiters. The first call was cancelled last minute, so we had to reschedule. I was called for the reschedule and when I picked up the call was disconnected. I reach out to the recruiter to ask if we were still on for the call and I didn't receive a response until 24 hours later.. I wasn't given an apology either. I then had an in-person interview with one of the managers, and I shadowed two different positions on the floor. The third in-person interview was at their temporary office, and I met with a rude and inconsiderate Director who was 1. Late for our interview and 2. Didn't care about what I had to say and asked me questions only the CEO and/or managers at my previous job would know.
