I was contacted by one of their recruiters asking if I’d be interested in working for the company. Started with a 15 minute phone screen and then was scheduled for another phone screening with one of the managers. After that, I was scheduled for an on-site interview. The on-site interview lasted 2 hours and consisted of a timed assessment (it basically determines how quick you can think), shadowed two different employees (one in sales and one in recruiting), then had an interview with the recruiting manager and then it ended with a brief interview with the hiring manager. Overall, the employees were kind, but to be honest, the team needs some work. You can tell they’re stressed and the hiring process is very extensive.
