Two phone interviews that barely qualify you they lasted about 15-20 minutes. The on-site interview included shadowing two reps who don't know how to explain their role. I actually didn't get hear a sales call just reps sending out emails. There is an assement that's quick but being near a pod of chest bumping sales reps and their manager it was quite hard to keep focused on the timed questions.

In addition to a regular interview process, they did an assessment on the computer that was fairly straight forward. Overall, they were friendly and communicative during the interview process and laid out everything clearly.
