This company might be better suited for someone entry-level who doesn’t mind a lengthy process. After years of sales experience in SaaS and tech startups, this interview process didn’t work for me. I went through four interviews, including an in-person meeting, and despite my extensive experience and strong references, they gave an ‘irrational reason’ for not extending an offer. It doesn’t seem like they have a true sales playbook in place, so if you’re willing to weigh that, it might be the place for you. However, the process felt disconnected, and I wouldn’t recommend it to experienced sales professionals.
