You will first receive a call from Japan, and then HR will quickly arrange the first interview with the hiring manager, and if it goes well, the second interview with the engineer will be arranged soon. The whole process took about a month. There were two interviews in total. During the interview process, the interviewers are very kind, and they don't mind telling you some professional information that you have not been exposed to.

Pregunta 1
The hiring manager will ask you to introduce yourself in English, and then there will be an interview in Chinese. He will ask you about your course experience, the difficulties you encountered in learning and development, and how you solved them.
Engineer will ask some questions related to the CPU architecture, including big endian and little endian, some C-related questions, etc., and it will not be very difficult.

Initial HireVue online interview followed by an online applicant day with three panel interviews.
Overall a good experience and interesting interviews. HireVue style takes getting used to but has practice options.
