Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Arm (Cambridge, East of England, England) en feb 2014
Entrevista
Applied online and had a telephonic interview. Interview was very good and pleasant. The guy asked questions regarding my previous work experience, what I particularly did during my internship. He was interested in how many teams I have worked so far. Also he explored which challenging job I have done so far and what challenge I find in job for which I am applying.

How instructions are executed in assembly language? How data is transferred between cpu and cache? Why we need cache, why we don't use main memory? Why cache size is kept small?

The process started with an initial application - which is submitted online, it asks for basic questions, CV and a cover letter.
I was then invited to a telephone interview, which lasted for 40 minutes and once again was more focussed upon my why I applied, my CV and cover letter. A few technical questions were asked about System Verilog and verification, but they were quite basic.
I then received an invitation to the assessment centre, they took about 2 weeks to reply to my telephone interview. The assessment centre lasted for a whole day, it had two group exercises and an individual interview - which lasted 1.5 hours. Quite a few technical questions were asked during the interview, including, computer architecture, C programming language, System Verilog, and verification/testing. Overall all of these questions tested my basic understanding and weren't too technical or required quite in-depth analysis. The group exercises were quite fun and basically tested my communication and group work skills.
I am still waiting to hear my response but the whole process was a bit lengthy, however the company was quick in contacting and all the employees I met were quiet friendly.
