It started with a simple phone screening. Then the interview process included a coding challenge completed on a white board. Following that portion there was a sit down interview. It was pretty straightforward.

Recruiter interview followed by conference call with managers, 2 Sr. Software engineers, and a director at the end. Generally ok, but recruiter would not get back to me for feedback and actively ignores all e-mails and messages. Very rude and unprofessional that gives validity to the toxic culture that many have reported.
