Applied online on networx recruitment and did an online test. Took about 6 weeks before I received an email saying they would not be taking my application any further. Aweful management.

Informal interview was asked about myself, hobbies and interests. This was for a driving role that was later expanded to cover other areas of the business including stock room, facing customers and cash room
Group interview with the task of creating a robot on how to make the shop more efficient. Had to speak about our creation to find the rest of the interviewees.
