First I talked to them in a on campus job fair. then an on campus interview with one-of there engineers the next day. then an on site interview in 2 weeks. the campus interview was mostly just going over the resume and some basic knowledge. the onsite interview was with multiple people some asked experience questions and some asked technical questions
