Had an inital call from HR to say I was offered an interview via Teams and I would get information in an email. receieved an email with just the link and no other information. I then had to reach out to understand the expectations- which were that it was to be 20 mins long and informal. I then had a call with some of the team and HR. What I thought was an informal, initial call, turned out to be a full blown interview with questions about sales and how I impact culture. A lot of unprofessional comments about past team members as well. I was offered to go through to the next stage with a presentation which I declined
