The CTO contacted me on LinkedIn,
The process was composed of three interviews and one coding challenge:
- First, with an engineer to talk about my experience
- Next, a coding challenge, questions focused on "everyday work", no algos/ds, two hours to solve
- Another interview with an engineer focused on what challenges I had in past jobs, some questions around culture, etc.
- Last interview with HR, typical questions, salary expectations, and so on.
Except for the second interview and the coding challenge, the process took a lot, and even the interviewers didn't show up on time.
After the HR interview, they told me that I would have a result on my process in a few days, but in reality, that took weeks with only a rejection email, no feedback, nothing.
Waste of time.
