From the initial screening to the interviews with the hiring manager, the interview process was well-organized. The interviews with the team were conversational and informative. I learned a lot about the associate program during these interviews.
It was 3 stages of interviews with HR, hiring manager and branch manager. Overall pretty basic questions, more of a conversation then an interview. They ask about your resume and then describe the job if you are not familiar with the insurance industry.
