The process consisted of two rounds. 1st round was with the field manager and the 2nd round was with the senior hiring manager. Both the rounds consisted of technical, situation-based, and general questioning.

It was a consultant role for post trade processes. The interview was much focused on client preferences and some finance knowledge. The interviewer was a senior manager and he was expecting a fresher rather than an experienced candidate.

The interview process was totally based on my CV and prior work experience. They asked me about my previous experience and internships and what was my role there. How did I go about the work that I was assigned. Every question was just a counter question to whatever I was saying.
