The interview process started with HR where the interviewer asked me some basic questions about myself. Next, was the technical interview (panel interview). Last, was a one on one interview with their CEO

HR Interview then followed by Panel Interview (technical) and was attended by 4 senior Test Engineers in Arcanys both on the same. Then lastly after 3 or 4 days from the initial interview, is the Final Interview with the CEO.

For the panel interview, first part was about my work background and my work experience. Followed by technical questions all related to my experience as a Test Engineer.

Entrevista
It took me less than two weeks from the exam to the job offer. The interview process was fast and smooth. I am regularly updated by the HR personnel through email about the hiring process in a professional and timely manner.
The HR interview was good. I was able to answer all of the questions clearly because the personnel made me feel comfortable and relaxed. It was not like any other interviews I did before with other companies where the HR interviewer is intimidating. Also, the HR personnel gave me time to ask questions about the company and cleared all of my doubts.
For the technical interview, it was a panel interview with some of the test engineers in the company. It went really well. The panel of interviewers are friendly and professional. They asks the right questions and it just felt comfortable talking about my technical experience.
