This companies hiring process is an absolute disgrace. You complete a lengthy application, then a nonsense game based assessment. If successful with the games you’re invited to a assessment day which is relevant to the course you’ve applied to. A well structured fun day and overall a good process. After this you may be invited to an interview in which half is general interview questions, the other a discussion on a given topic. After this rigorous process, and constant promises of communication be it if you’re successful or not in the application process, you just then get ignored. You try get in contact to get the feedback so often preached but nothing. Completely ignored. It’s not fair on the students that take the time to go through all of the many different tasks to then be left with no answer at all. It’s a genuine disgrace and wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time with a company who has such disregard for their potential future employees
