The interview process was smooth and well-organized from start to finish. It began with an introductory conversation with the recruiter, followed by a recruiter screening and then a technical interview. The technical discussion focused primarily on Graph Databases, LLMs, RAG use cases, and evaluating how to approach and solve real customer problems using AI. Overall, the interviewers were professional and friendly. My first week after joining was also a positive experience, with a well-structured onboarding process, helpful HR support, and a warm welcome from the team.
