I was called at the site and interviewed by the Manager. The interview was very informal and she was asked me for my experience, etc. and talked about the company and how the site worked, the shifts, the training, etc.

There was no process very odd. Smelled bad also. Seemed like it would be unrewarding. Not really a good feeling about it. Pay was not good at all. Only starts at minimum wage.
