My supervisor, HR rep, and director were all present in the interview. After I applied they gave me a choice of times and I chose the one that worked best with my schedule. I wore slacks, a dress shirt, and tie. I felt overdressed with the tie so you may want to wear an open collar.

Aramarks hiring process was easy and wanted to know what my strong skills and weaknesses were. They were really flexible with hours and when was a good time for me to come in. Overall a great experience meeting the managers and going through this interview.

In depth and competitive due to the high volume of candidates. Patience is definitely required. Not very flexible in terms of scheduling the interviews, so make sure not to have a lot going on.

The candidates were asked to come in professional attire. Interview process starts with online paperwork before starting the interview. It is a one on one interview. If selected then the candidate is sent to higher official mainly manager.
