Nothing fancy. Just casual conversation. They didnt have anyone interested locally, so basically offered me the job.This was one of the easiest interviews i ever attended. Good ole boy system internally and they dont really want you to make changes to benefit the operational issues. They will paint a picture that their is nothing wrong internally.
