Sat with a manager, who asked me questions related to catering and logistics. There was strong emphasis of hygiene and food safety, and the questions were fashioned to test personal hygiene and behavior when handling food items. The overall tone was moderate, not too tough or laid back. The managers who interviewed me were friendly and cheerfully answered my questions.

Entrevista
It was very easy, and it seemed like they were eager to hire students who went to James Madison University. The interview process uses the STAR method and likes to see how prospects were faced with a situation then what their task was, and the action they took to complete the task and address the situation, and then what the results were.

They asked me how I would approach a fellow employee who is displaying behavior that goes against Aramark policy.
Schedules interview immediately after application submission. Application easy to apply for. People are nice during the interview process. They show you around the company during interview. Requires background check and drug testing. Can take up to three weeks for the them to respond back to you after completing interview in person with them.
