Entrevista
I applied through my University's career center. I was contacted a couple days later to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was very basic, and served more as an information session. After the phone interview, I was instructed to video interview through montage. Each question can be re-recorded as many times as you need, and you have 72 hours from when you start the interview to complete it.

When did you use outside the box thinking to address an inefficiency?
The interview lasted around 20 minutes and the woman who I was interviewed by was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The questions were relatively straight forward and she asked me about 5 or 6 questions and then described the program to me in detail.

Completed the video interview for the A2L Program. I was supposed to receive Aramark’s final decision regarding my status in the program within 4 weeks. I have not heard anything back and it has been 2 months .

I interviewed with their campus recruiting team after meeting with them at a job fair. The interview was very easy to set up and was very non-commital. The interview was held the day after job fair and then there was about a three month waiting period to find out if I was actually going to be offered a position in the program.
