I would echo the interview review above. The process was time consuming and ended up with a rejection letter after a coding round where the coding question itself was easy and the solution got a full approval from the interviewer. Left me guessing how genuine was their interest from the beginning.

There was a phone call with the recruiter, then an OA that I managed to deliver on time. Later the first technical, was easy statistical measures computation but the internet got interrupted. I asked for reschedule and later I learned from recruiter that the summary was: "weak coding skills". In fact we did not do any coding at all. Similar situation happened with another hedge fund, the internet got interrupted and they rescheduled. Poor management from Aquatic.

Got rejected after the VO.
People were nice there.
Overall had a good experience.
