The first step was a 45 minute phone interview where one of the partners talked in detail about the company and the plan for the future. I had about an hour long in-person interview and was invited back a few days later to meet some of the employees for lunch, which was really helpful to get more insight on the company culture. The whole process took about 2 weeks and they worked with my schedule throughout the process since I was still employed at the time.

Interviewing with AquantUs was overall a great experience. It started with a 45 minute phone screen with one of the partners. Then, I was invited to meet both of the partners and have about a 2 hour personal interview which included two online assessments, a thorough evaluation of my background, and a discussion about how AquantUs differentiates itself from its competitors. A few days after that, I was invited to have lunch with the whole team, which allowed me to get to know the team on a personal level. Throughout the process, both partners were very responsive and made themselves flexible around my schedule.
