It was a smooth process from a quick chat with the recruiter to having the interview. We talked about my resume, how a team of developers should work as a team and walked through some setbacks scenarios their experienced developing and what i would do in those situations. I nailed the interview and got all the questions right, i was told to hear back within 2-4 weeks but didn't get back to me until 2-3 months later and by then i had acceped another offer. Their bad reviews online had conviced me not to join the company regardless.
