The process consisted of an initial on site interview. The conversation lasted approximately an hour. The interview felt disorganized and not aligned with the level of the role. Around 30 minutes were spent on an overly detailed explanation of the company and product, which left very little time to explore my experience or professional fit. The interviewer spoke very quickly and dominated the conversation.
